ARKBK CLBG - Volunteer Positions - Self-understanding


Representatives on all Levels, Plenipotentiaries, Special Advisers, Advisers and other staff of ARKBK CLBG and / or Royal Institutions etc. etc. accept and understand,


  • that they are Officers of HM the Omukama (King) of Bunyoro-Kitara and of a nation and of the same that they must conduct his affairs with dignity and for the common good of others and the Sovereign.
  • that their offices as representative and all other levels for the Kingdom Bunyoro-Kitara is due to the special provisions in the Ugandan Constitution which recognize the Kings as carrier of Ugandan culture and tradition.
  • that the offices of the Omukama (King) is strictly limited to remain out of reach of daily politics which also includes the representatives as long as they directly represent the Kingdom.
  • that they not to pose as a Government Official of the Republic of Uganda or to seek diplomatic recognition, accreditation and not exequatur in my function as officer of the Omukama (King) of Bunyoro-Kitara.
  • that soliciting donations etc. is strictly limited within the framework of the Association of Representative of the Kingdom of Bunyoro-Kitara ARKBK CLBG which has the express purpose of doing so. Therefore, they understand that all donations are to be directed to the account of the aforementioned association only.
  • that the Omukama (King) and his officers in charge determine the further use of funds within Uganda, especially in the region of the Kingdom of Bunyoro-Kitara.
  • that traditionally the Kingdoms of Uganda can be best compared with federal states or provinces in other countries. The Kings are best compared with governors who have no governmental executive power but merely stand as constitutional monarchs for their culture, tradition and nation.
  • that every move outside the prescribed framework of the Association of the Representative of the Kingdom Bunyoro-Kitara must be discussed previously with the appropriate officer within the Association who has been designated by the Omukama (King) to especially serve this purpose and to oversee the activities on behalf of the Kingdom Bunyoro-Kitara.
  • that in failing to do, they are liable for expulsion in case of bad conduct and/or less than wonderful performance of their general duties in keeping with the policies of the Kingdom Bunyoro-Kitara as described in the informational materials of the Association of Representatives of the Kingdom of Bunyoro-Kitara ARKBK CLBG.
  • that HM the Omukama investigates all matters thoroughly before deciding to act, after the oral and cultural tradition of his ancestors, his Royal Dynasty and the Kingdom, which is not open to further discussion.
  • that their voluntary activities for the Kingdom Bunyoro-Kitara are context of development aid.
  • that it exist no legal claim for this voluntary activity for any possible honours of the Kingdom.
  • that the royal prerogatives, privileges and rights can not to be sell or sold.
  • that they cannot apply for royal honours, this are one and only the decisions of HM the Omukama (King).
  • that HM The Omukama (King) of Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom and the Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom were restored by the Amendment (No. 8) Act - Statute No. 8, Article 118 (1)- of 1993 enacted by the Parliament of Uganda AND officially recognized and protected by the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda by Chapter IV. –Article 37.-, Chapter XVI. -Article 246. (1) – (6)- of 1995 AND by the Amendment (No. 2) Act -schedule V. -Article 178.8- of 2005 AND by the Acts Supplement (No. 4) -Act 6. of 2011.
  • that the Kingdom is a subject of international law.
  • that it does not concern here an activity according to the Viennese convention of 1962 and 1963 (consulate or embassy).
  • that they enjoy no immunity.
  • that they increasing the knowledge of the kingdom and the improvement of living conditions of the Banyoro the focus of his efforts. They do not follow own goals for his own benefit, not obvious not veiled.
  • that they are not corrupt, neither by money nor by honors / awards / orders / titles.
  • that they will never discredit and/or intrigue against HM the Omukama, the Royal Family and/or the institutions of the Kingdom, neither for the goals of third parties even for his own goals.
  • that they will pursue on his offices the objectives 3. I. – XXI. of the Founding Charter of the ARKBK CLBG from 27th August 2009 as his working basis and / or other working documents.
  • that they have and they had no prior criminal convictions.
  • that they do not have loads of civil or criminal proceedings pending before the courts.
  • that they not being part of self-styled orders of false chivalry.
  • that they are not involved and/or a part in criminal, satanic, racist, anti-Christian organizations or associations.
  • that they are not involved and/or a part in harmful religious or political sects (cults).
